9/6/10 Locals Labor Day Luau
Every year, the locals of Newport Beach come together in the name of charity to celebrate the final days of summer in true Alleycat fashion. The Locals Labor Day Luau is a day long all-you-can eat Hawaiian BBQ featuring festivities throughout the restaurant all day long by local sponsors such as AtWater, Sector9 and Freestyle. Featuring a Beer Pong Tourney, Melon eating contest and Hula Competition this has become the premier end-of-summer bash in all of Newport Beach. Proceeds go to a different local charity every year, this year we are proud to sponsor Bunk Wurth & Family! Come join in on all the Fun!
8/29/10 Annual Hi-Time Chili Cookoff
Come down to the Hi-Time Chili Cookoff August 29th and show some Alleycat love. We need you vote to get us 1st place again! Jeff is brewing up some of his Award winning chili with his top secret recipe to bring the trophy back home where it belongs…at The Alley! Show your support for a great cause and come play beer pong at our booth with us!
Alley Rally Time
It’s not all about dining at The Alley. When you here people say “lets go Alley Rally,” or “Best Pour by the Shore,” you can be sure they are talking about getting their late night fix at The Alley because “apparently” we have the strongest drinks in Newport Beach. This rumor spurred because we have been consistently open ’till 2am – 7 days a week for many years and have since become a hot spot for locals and THE place to be for that last nightcap. Come down and get your Alley Rally on and see what all the hype is about.
